The Process and some of those trusty FAQ’s
I want to get to the heart of your business, and the best way to do this is via Skype or telephone.
This process will take 30 mins, during which I will ask you questions about the look and feel of your video. I really want to hear about your passion for your product, service or organisation. This way your video will have your personality and branding baked into it.
A simple questionnaire will be provided for you to fill in the practical details, such as contact info, brand colours, etc.
If you require further images in your video (which I will source for you), these will cost £1 each unless you have your own high quality images which I can use (please ensure you have permission to use any photos you provide).
It’s not always easy to create something perfectly the first time round, so I allow at least 3 revisions included in the price, after that, further revisions will be priced at £5 each time.
My ‘credit’ will always appear on the final frame of your video, if you want your video to be credit free, please let me know as I can provide this at a small extra cost.
Once it’s ready
The final video will be released to you once you are happy with the final draft and payment for your sparkling new promo video has been received in my account. (I take cheques, BACS payments or good ‘ol Paypal).
How long does it take?
I can usually deliver your video to you within 7 days. Of course this always depends on how long it takes for you to get back to me with feedback on the first draft and any further revisions. It takes two to tango as they say!
What format does the video arrive in?
The video arrives with you as an MP4 file, which is compatible with YouTube and Facebook and easy to upload to your own website.
Do I need to worry about copyright images and music licenses?
If you provide me with your own images, you need to make sure that you are authorised to use these for commercial use. If I buy any for you, I will check this. The same goes for the music. I only use the best tunes which are good for our purpose.
