How does it actually go on my website?

It's a single self-contained HTML file. If I manage your website, I embed it directly via a Custom HTML block — it takes about five minutes. If you have your own developer, I send them the file along with a plain-English briefing note explaining exactly where it goes and how it works. No special software, no plugins, no external dependencies.
Do I need to do anything once it's live?

Nothing at all on the one-off package — the quiz runs itself. On the retainer, I check in monthly to make sure everything is accurate and up to date. If you add a new service or change your booking link, just let me know and I'll update it for you, usually within 24 hours.
Does it collect any personal data?

The standard quiz collects no personal data whatsoever — visitors select button options and receive a recommendation, and nothing is stored or transmitted. The optional Lead Capture add-on does collect a name and email address, but only with the visitor's knowledge. It comes with GDPR-compliant opt-in copy as standard.
What if I want to make changes after it's live?

On the one-off package, straightforward changes like updating a booking link or swapping a treatment name can be quoted separately — they're usually very quick. On the retainer, all routine updates are included and I handle them as a matter of course each month.
How do I know it's working?

On the retainer I set up Google Analytics tracking and send you a monthly report showing quiz starts, completion rate, which results came up most often, and how many visitors clicked your booking link. It's clear, one-page, and requires no effort from you to read.
Does it work for my type of business?

The quiz works best for businesses with multiple services where visitors can't easily self-select — aesthetic clinics, hair salons, therapy practices, mortgage brokers, wellness centres, and similar. If you offer one clear service, it's probably not the right fit. If you're not sure, drop me a message and I'll give you an honest answer.
What does the retainer actually cover month to month?

Updating services, prices, or team members if anything changes. Swapping booking links. Refreshing question logic if a particular path isn't converting. Seasonal copy tweaks. A monthly performance report. And someone to contact whenever something needs attention — usually turned around the same day.
Can I cancel the retainer?

Yes — 30 days notice after the initial 3-month minimum, no questions asked. The quiz code is yours to keep regardless. The 3-month minimum exists because that’s genuinely when the data starts to get interesting — I’d rather earn your continued business every month after that than lock you into something you’re not getting value from.
